Christian Frank Fas, Esq. brings 30 years of IT experience to immigration law. He was Puerto Rico’s first broadband technology pioneer and the first e-notary author, and he is a nationally recognized authority on technology, AI, and automation law.
From broadband to blockchain
Christian has been online since 1993. He pioneered Puerto Rico’s first broadband technology and became the first e-notary author, then carried that engineering mindset into law.
He founded his law practice in 2007 and has more than 20 years of litigation experience. He helped establish the legal foundation for blockchain and cryptocurrency startups as the industry formed.
Today he brings the same approach to immigration: an online eligibility check, flat-fee proposals, secure document requests, and a client portal, with every case under his direct supervision.
